BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN BUSINESS LAW

The Business Law Bachelor’s degree (DE) at EMSP is a RNCP-registered Level 6 qualification designed to train professionals capable of managing a comprehensive legal strategy while integrating advanced technological tools and addressing ethical considerations.
This programme is ideally suited to managers responsible for a company’s legal affairs, who are seeking creative, passionate, curious, and motivated collaborators.
The EMSP DE Bachelor’s degree prepares you to be highly operational from your first professional experience or to continue your studies at a Bac+4/5 level. Courses, conferences, masterclasses, and business games are delivered by professionals and experts in their fields.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
The Business Law Bachelor’s degree (DE) at EMSP is a RNCP-registered Level 6 qualification that aims to achieve the following objectives:
Learn to manage communities, select the right channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), and create effective editorial calendars.
Understand the mechanisms of organic and paid search to increase brand visibility.
Be able to interpret KPIs to adjust campaigns in real time.
Learn to manage budgets, schedules, and external service providers.
Know how to organise events that combine in-person and virtual formats.
Use AI to rapidly produce text, images, and videos.
Understand the impact of AI on communication professions and learn to use it transparently and responsibly.
Use AI to verify information rather than manipulate it.
Ensure digital communication is accessible to all.
Implement automated workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Create original concepts that leave a lasting impression and strengthen brand image.
Reduce the carbon footprint of events.

Admission Requirements
ENTRY LEVEL(S)
Baccalaureate and Bac+2
Prerequisites:
The Business Law Bachelor’s degree (DE) at EMSP is open to holders of a Baccalaureate and, for entry into the 3rd year, to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.
Admission is based on application review and, where applicable, an interview.
DURATION
DURATION OF STUDIES:
- 3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate or an equivalent qualification
- Work-study programme possible from the 3rd year.

ACCESS DEADLINES
Applications for the September 2026 intake run from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
Applications for the January 2027 deferred intake remain open until 18 December.

Access to our programmes may be initiated:

A work-study programme is possible from the 3rd year.
After completing the application form, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose—regardless of the funding method you are considering—a knowledge assessment test and/or a placement interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.
