BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN ORGANISATIONAL MANAGEMENT

The Bachelor’s degree in Organisation Management at EMSP is a state-recognised Level 6 qualification designed to transform students into operational professionals capable of managing the human, financial, and material resources of an organisation.
This programme is ideally suited to managers responsible for organisational management, who are seeking creative, passionate, curious, and motivated collaborators.
The EMSP GO Bachelor’s degree prepares you to be highly operational from your first professional experience or to continue your studies at a Bac+4/5 level. Courses, conferences, masterclasses, and business games are delivered by professionals and experts in their fields.
Students are connected with our network of high-end partner companies to undertake their work-study placement.
PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
The Bachelor’s degree in Organisation Management at EMSP, a state-recognised Level 6 qualification, aims to achieve the following objectives:
Learn to read financial statements, prepare a forecast budget, and monitor cash flow.
Implement performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure objectives are met.
Optimise workflows and resources to improve efficiency.
Allocate tasks, motivate staff, and manage conflicts.
Understand the basics of labour law, recruitment, and career management.
Analyse competitors and consumption trends.
Design action plans to grow revenue.
Enhance the organisation’s brand image.
Master integrated management software (ERP).
Understand the importance of data and the digitalisation of processes.
EMSP Business School is a higher education institution subject to state pedagogical oversight through the Académie de Paris. EMSP Business School offers programmes in Sustainability Management ranging from Bac to Bac+5, delivered both on-campus and online, in initial and continuing education.

Admission Requirements
ENTRY LEVEL(S)
Baccalaureate and Bac+2
Prerequisites:
The Bachelor’s degree in Organisation Management at EMSP is open to holders of a Baccalaureate and, for entry into the 3rd year, to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.
Admission is based on application review and, where applicable, an interview.
DURATION
DURATION OF STUDIES:
- 3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate or an equivalent qualification
- Work-study programme possible from the 3rd year.

ACCESS DEADLINES
Applications for the September 2026 intake run from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
Applications for the January 2027 deferred intake remain open until 18 December.

Access to our programmes may be initiated:
By the employer,
At the initiative of the employee with their consent,
By a student or their legal guardian.
A work-study programme is possible from the 3rd year.
After completing the application form, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose—regardless of the funding method you are considering—a knowledge assessment test and/or a placement interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

Work-study contract: the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.
