The EMSP Bachelor’s degree in Health Management and Transformation (GST) is a State-recognised Level 6 qualification designed to transform students into operational professionals capable of overseeing strategic vision and digital communication.

The EMSP GST Bachelor’s degree prepares you to be highly operational from your first professional experience or to continue your studies at a Bac+4/5 level. Courses, conferences, masterclasses, and business games are delivered by professionals and experts in their fields.

  • Create and manage brand image and visual identity.

  • Know how to organise events or manage media relations.

  • Master Community Management.

  • Understand organic and paid search engine optimisation.

  • Gain familiarity with graphic design tools (such as Adobe Suite or Canva) to produce visuals and videos.

  • Develop interpersonal skills to persuade clients or partners.

  • Learn to manage budgets and meet tight deadlines.

at EMSP is open to holders of a Baccalaureate and, for entry into the 3rd year, to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.

Admission is based on application review and, where applicable, an interview.

DURATION

DURATION OF STUDIES:

  • 3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate or an equivalent qualification
  • Work-study programme possible from the 3rd year.

ACCESS DEADLINES

Applications for the September 2026 intake run from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
Applications for the January 2027 deferred intake remain open until 18 December.

Procedures

Access to our programmes may be initiated:

  • By the employer,

  • At the initiative of the employee with their consent,

  • By a student or their legal guardian.

A work-study programme is possible from the 3rd year.

After completing the application form, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.

If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose—regardless of the funding method you are considering—a knowledge assessment test and/or a placement interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

  • Work-study contract: the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.

  • Individual Training Leave (CIF).

  • Individual Training Assistance (AIF), if you are unemployed.

AXIS 2: CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Validation of skills blocks:

  • Block 1: Coordinate and improve the commercial activity of the trading establishment

  • Block 2: Contribute to the strategic directions of the brand and optimise the economic performance of the trading establishment

  • Block 3: Manage the employees of the trading establishment
