BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN INNOVATION MANAGEMENT
PRESENTATION
The Bachelor’s degree in Innovation Management (GIN) at EMSP is a RNCP-registered Level 6 qualification designed to train hybrid profiles capable of bridging creative vision, technical feasibility, and commercial strategy.
This programme is perfectly suited to managers responsible for driving change, who are seeking collaborators that are creative, passionate, curious, and motivated.
The EMSP GIN Bachelor’s degree prepares students to be highly operational from their first professional experience or to continue their studies at a Bac+4/5 level. Courses, conferences, masterclasses, and business games are delivered by professionals and experts in their fields.
Students are connected with our network of high-end partner companies to undertake their work-study placement.
PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
The Bachelor’s degree in Innovation Management (GIN) at EMSP, recognised by the French State at Level 6, aims to achieve the following objectives:
Learn to place the user at the centre of the innovation process.
Master iterative project management methods (Scrum, Kanban).
Rapidly move from concept to a testable version to validate hypotheses.
Understand how to create or transform business models (e.g., shifting from product sales to subscription models).
Analyse trends, competitors, and emerging needs.
Learn how to launch a disruptive product on the market, which differs from traditional marketing.
Anticipate the impact of AI, blockchain, and data on industries.
Support companies in transitioning to new digital tools.
Help teams accept and adopt new innovations.
Develop an entrepreneurial mindset within an existing organisation.
Learn how to pitch projects effectively to investors or senior management.
EMSP Business School is a higher education institution subject to state pedagogical oversight through the Académie de Paris. EMSP Business School offers programmes in Sustainability Management ranging from Bac to Bac+5, delivered both on-campus and online, in initial and continuing education.

This Bachelor’s degree has a professional orientation and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the opportunity to enrol in the first year of a Master’s degree.

Admission Requirements
ENTRY LEVEL(S)
Baccalaureate and Bac+2
Prerequisites:
The Bachelor’s degree in Innovation Management (GIN) at EMSP is open to holders of a Baccalaureate and, for entry into the 3rd year, to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.
Admission is based on application review and, where applicable, an interview.
DURATION
DURATION OF STUDIES:
- 3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate or an equivalent qualification
- Work-study programme possible from the 3rd year.

ACCESS DEADLINES
Applications for the September 2026 intake run from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
Applications for the January 2027 deferred intake remain open until 18 December.
Procedures
Access to our programmes may be initiated:
By the employer,
At the initiative of the employee with their consent,
By a student or their legal guardian.
A work-study programme is possible from the 3rd year.
After completing the application form, our school undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose—regardless of the funding method you are considering—a knowledge assessment test and/or a placement interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

Work-study contract: the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.
